Holiday Closing Schedule


New opening hours for the NGFCU

Beginning Monday February 6, 2012, the Credit Union will be open from: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday

This change has been carefully considered based on other services now provided by NGFCU, including 2 ATM's (M Street and 17th Street) and Share Branch capabilities. The number of members visiting the NGFCU lobby has significantly decreased between 8:30 and 10:00 AM during the last few years. With this change, we will be able to utilize our staff to improve our products and services, as well as offer new services to our members in the future.

Do you know?
You can use your VISA debit cards to make transactions (withdrawals, deposits, etc.) on any 7 Eleven* stores free of fees. Make sure the ATM has the COOP logo and that you know your account number from NGFCU before using the machine.
* note that some 7Eleven do not provide ATM's.

Important notice to our VISA debit card cardholders:
Make sure you are contacting the NGFCU (202-775-6135) when you are scheduling vacations or travel and/or you are aware of any unusual activity that could take place on your card. Without this information, your card could be blocked. Thank you for your cooperation.
